As we settle into 2022 our team at Mallory would like to share with you a few updates as we continue to navigate our way through the repercussions of Brexit and COVID-19.

We are confident that no other company has achieved a better and more extensive solution to both these challenges. It is very important to us that customers receive their orders on time therefore we are continuing to explore new routing options available to give customers the best possible logistic service in 2022.

A note on the supply chains:

• Throughout 2021 suppliers had much lower availability rates than normal, mostly as a result of disruption to supply from Asia. Thanks to the strong relationships with our supply partners, we worked hard to provide customers with up to date product lead times and alternatives to any products that were unfortunately delayed due to COVID-19 and Brexit. We will continue to keep a close eye on this and keep customers informed on the situation as the year progresses.

• For schools using CIE titles, several titles for the new syllabus were delayed partly because publishers also print in Asia. Though we will keep customers informed of lead times in 2022, we would encourage you to place orders as soon as possible to mitigate any potential delays.
