ISB first started using Mallory International Ltd for books orders and services in March 2016.

We put in a list of titles for Mallory International Ltd to quote and the next day we received their quote for all titles. Their quotation included remarks column that contained additional information, for example, availability reports and suggestive alternatives which were helpful and useful for decision making. Their prices quoted on most titles were cheaper than other suppliers. The most impressive service that Mallory International Ltd was able to offer to ISB was that they were able to provide door to door service and at a very competitive rate. Their door-to-door rate was not only cheaper than other courier servicer but competitive to cheap and much slower postal services. This meant that we got our orders quickly, cheaply and conveniently at doorstep. Their services also included putting plastic covers to all the books that we ordered. This service charge was competitive as well.

Mallory International is always keen to improve their services and any changes we requested have been met.

It has been more 19 months now and we are still happy with their prices and services. We have no reason to use another suppliers for our book orders other than Mallory International Ltd.
